VetRECCE Legal & Compliance Notice
VetRECCE is an independent, veteran-owned consulting and technology platform. We are not a law firm, are not affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and are not accredited by the VA as an attorney, claims agent, or Veterans Service Organization (VSO).
VetRECCE does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or accredited claims assistance. We do not prepare, submit, or prosecute VA disability claims on behalf of any client, and we do not communicate with the VA in a representative capacity.
All services provided by VetRECCE are educational, informational, and strategic in nature. Our platform is designed to help veterans better understand their potential benefits, identify possible opportunities for increased ratings, and develop a clearer personal strategy based on their individual service and medical history.
Veterans remain fully responsible for the preparation, submission, and management of their own VA claims, or for working with a VA-accredited representative of their choosing.
VetRECCE operates on a flat-fee basis for access to analysis, insights, and strategic guidance. Fees are not contingent upon claim outcomes, VA decisions, or any award of benefits.
We maintain strict adherence to all applicable federal laws and VA regulations, including those governing fees for claims assistance. VetRECCE does not support, encourage, or participate in fraudulent claims, misrepresentation of service or medical conditions, or any attempt to improperly obtain benefits.
All recommendations and insights provided are intended to support accurate, truthful, and well-documented submissions to the VA.
Veterans are encouraged to consult with VA-accredited attorneys, agents, or VSOs for formal representation or legal advice.
